MoOngy in Portugal is seeking a Data Scientist to design and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.

You will work on agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on ML/AI experience, knowledge of cloud platforms, and a passion for innovation in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on experience in ML/AI development.
• Experience with Open-source and commercial LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and MLOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Create and deploy ML models and AI solutions; fine-tune and extend LLMs, implement RAG.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions with Agent Harness, MCP servers, A2A and ACP.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, testing/validation, and document work.

The Role: Data Scientist

Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI development, agentic solutions;
• Open-source and commercial LLMs, RAG, vector databases;
• Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure), MLOps practices and tools.

Nice to have:

• RLHF, Generative AI (model training, fine-tuning and deployment);
• Ethical AI principles, model interpretability, French.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deploy ML models and AI solutions, fine-tune and extend LLMs, implement RAG;
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions, work with Agent Harness, MCP servers, A2A and ACP;
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering, ensure testing and validation, collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.
