Adentis Portugal is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Lisbon. You will work on data pipelines, warehousing, and analytics projects leveraging Python, SQL, PySpark, and modern cloud data platforms.

The role requires 3+ years of professional experience, hands-on experience with Databricks/Snowflake/Azure Synapse and Apache Airflow, and strong communication skills. Join us to grow in a diverse, merit-based environment with ongoing training and career progression.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience (>3 years).
• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or AWS Redshift.
• Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt, and building ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse architectures, and data modeling.
• Good communication and moderation skills.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline;
• Several years of professional experience (>3 years);
• Programming Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and PySpark / Apache Spark;
• Data Platforms: Hands‑on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or AWS Redshift;
• Orchestration & Pipelines: Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt, and building ETL/ELT data pipelines;
• Core Concepts: Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse architectures, and data modeling;
• Good communication and moderation skills;
