Syffer is hiring a senior Data Engineer to design and implement end-to-end data architectures, build ETL/ELT pipelines, and manage data lakes and warehouses. You will ensure data quality, governance, and monitoring while mentoring engineers and driving platform improvements.

Required 5+ years in data engineering, strong Azure experience (Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake), and familiarity with AWS and GCP. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and data modeling is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong end-to-end data architecture and design.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake)
• Familiarity with equivalent services on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Spark
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Skilled in DataOps and CI/CD practices
• Experienced in data modeling, validation, lineage, and monitoring
• Able to optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures (e.g., Medallion Architecture)
• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation processes
• Design and manage Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and monitoring
• Implement CI/CD and DataOps best practices
• Optimize storage solutions and data processing performance
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Drive continuous improvements to the data platform
