Devoteam is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and optimize scalable data architectures. You will build robust data pipelines and own the data ecosystem, ensuring high performance, reliability and security.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Architects, lead CI/CD practices, and contribute to data platform standards in an Agile environment. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud data warehouses is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or similar high-scale roles.
• Expert-level Python (mandatory), with Pandas and PySpark experience.
• Strong SQL and design of complex ETL/ELT transformations.
• Experience with distributed computing (Spark) and cloud data warehouses.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and modern data tooling.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build robust, high-performance data pipelines for large datasets.
• Fine–tune data processing frameworks for stability and cost efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end CI/CD release automation and code quality practices.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, and Business stakeholders.
• Review code and help define engineering standards for the data team.
• Own the data ecosystem, ensuring integrity, security and smooth production workflows.
