You will lead workshops, design scalable analyses, and ensure governance across projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tangible business value.

The role emphasizes strong communication, English fluency, and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, ETL tools, Jira, and Confluence within a dynamic Axians team in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data consulting, business analysis, or data-driven projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Strong understanding of project governance and stakeholder management.
• Professional experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify business use cases and lead workshops to understand client needs and opportunities.
• Design scalable data-driven solutions that accelerate innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate collaboration, communication, and alignment between multiple project stakeholders.
• Translate business and strategic needs into clear requirements and realistic roadmaps accepted by all parties.
• Design and deliver data analyses, from ad hoc requests to end-to-end data pipelines using ETL tools, SQL, and Python.
• Promote and support a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Track project progress and produce reporting using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
