Data Analyst

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, validating, and managing operational and financial data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and reliability. You will contribute to reporting activities, support operational decision-making processes, and work closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain high standards of service quality, risk awareness, and data integrity. What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Process operational activities according to established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs);
• Perform controls and validations in line with risk management frameworks and internal procedures;
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability;
• Manage and prioritize client and internal queries, liaising with relevant stakeholders when necessary;
• Escalate unresolved issues and potential incidents in a timely manner;
• Extract reports and gather relevant information to support operational and business decision-making;
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by accurately executing instructions and addressing requests within agreed timelines;
• Participate in training initiatives and support the onboarding of new team members;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• Promote a positive team environment while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field;
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Operations, Data Analysis, or similar roles;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Experience working with large volumes of data and performing data validation activities;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Client-focused mindset with excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities;
• Ability to deliver results while maintaining high quality standards;
• Critical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of financial operations, investment services, or asset servicing environments is considered a plus.
