• Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and data requirements.
• Analyse data models, information flows, and business rules.
• Support solution design alongside technical teams.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and delivery validation.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality deliveries.

About You

• You haveatleast4years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Business Analyst, or Data Translator.
• Have proven experience in data projects within the banking sector.
• Have a solid understanding of data models, information flows, and banking business processes.
• Are experienced in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and UAT.
• Can confidently collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Have experience in Agile environments; data transformation projects are a plus.
• Are professionally proficient in Portuguese and English.
