Consort is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex financial data into actionable insights in a Wealth Management context. You will own end-to-end analytics, from data pipelines to BI dashboards, influencing strategic decisions across the organization.

With 5+ years in data analytics within regulated environments, you will leverage Dataiku, SQL, Python, and visualization tools to deliver reliable, real-time insights and support governance and regulatory reporting initiatives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in data analytics roles in regulated environments.
• Experience with data visualization and modelling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Wealth Management or financial data.
• Understanding of data governance and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data workflows using Dataiku, including ingestion, transformation, and model deployment across wealth datasets.
• Develop robust data models to support analytics on Assets Under Management (AUM), performance and risk.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for senior stakeholders.
• Define and implement data quality controls across datasets.
• Industrialize analytics processes and best practices within Data Analytics team.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize data pipelines in production environments.
• Ensure dashboards and reporting reliability for business stakeholders.
• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance reporting with data lineage.
• Troubleshoot data issues with IT and business teams.
• Translate business needs into analytical models and KPIs.
