Consort Group in Portugal is seeking a Senior Data Consultant to turn complex business needs into scalable data-driven solutions. You will lead workshops, translate requirements, and deliver data analyses and pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You must have 5+ years in data-related roles, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with governance in banking environments. The role is hybrid with Lisbon or Porto locations and a salary in the 43k–52k EUR range.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in data consulting, data analysis, business analysis, project management, or similar in a demanding corporate environment.
• Able to operate at the intersection of business, data, analytics, and technology, translating complex challenges into scalable solutions.
• Analytical, rigorous, organized with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in banking or financial services is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Identify business use cases and run workshops with stakeholders to understand needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, enabling collaboration across business, technical and project teams.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, deliverables, and realistic roadmaps.
• Design and deliver data analyses and complete data pipelines.
• Leverage SQL, Python and ETL tools to support data analysis and solution delivery.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.
• Present complex data topics to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable solutions aligned with governance, quality, and standards.
