Consort Group is seeking a Senior Data Consultant in Portugal to act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into scalable data solutions and roadmaps. You will lead workshops with stakeholders, develop data analyses and pipelines, and promote a data-driven culture across a dynamic nearshore team.

Requirements include 5+ years in data-focused roles, strong communication, and experience at the intersection of business, data, analytics, and technology.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data consulting, data analysis, business analysis, project management, or a related role.

Responsabilidades

• Identify business use cases and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating collaboration across business, technical, and project teams.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, deliverables and roadmaps.
• Design and deliver data analyses and complete data pipelines.
• Leverage SQL, Python and ETL tools to support data analysis and solution delivery.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Track project progress, deliverables, risks, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.
• Present complex data and project topics to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable solutions aligned with governance and standards.
