Senior Data Analyst – Wealth Management
We are seeking a sharp and intellectually curious Senior Data Analyst to join our Wealth Management division. In this role you will transform complex financial datasets into clear, actionable intelligence that empowers portfolio managers, relationship bankers, and senior leadership to make better decisions for clients across the globe.
As the core of data strategy you will build scalable pipelines on Dataiku, craft executive‑grade dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with stakeholders to interpret the story behind the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data workflows using Dataiku, covering ingestion, transformation, and model deployment across wealth portfolios.
- Build and own a suite of Power BI dashboards and reports delivering real‑time AUM, performance, and risk insights to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and investment advisors to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable KPIs.
- Ensure data quality, governance and compliance standards are upheld across all wealth data assets.
- Champion a data‑driven culture by mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best‑practice documentation and internal training.
- Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements by maintaining traceable, well‑documented pipelines and data lineage records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the analytics infrastructure, evaluate emerging tools, and propose enhancements aligned with business strategy at Wealth Management head office level.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, information technology, statistics, mathematics or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and data modelling.
- Experience with Dataiku, Alteryx, SAS, Domino, or programming in Python, SQL, among others.
- Fluency in English.
- Adaptability, autonomy, proactivity, organized with the ability to multi‑task.
- Result‑driven mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve performance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across IT and non‑IT stakeholders.
