We are looking for a Middle+ Data Scientist with 3+ years of professional experience, including hands‑on work with time series forecasting, to join our Digital Twin team.
About the project: The role focuses on building and improving forecasting solutions for key business metrics such as revenue, orders, and customers to support planning and decision‑making.
A critical part of this role is understanding and explaining forecast behavior — identifying the key drivers behind changes in the forecast, analyzing deviations between plan and actuals, and translating model outputs into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. The emphasis is not only on producing a forecast, but on clearly answering why the forecast changes and what drives those changes.
Nice-to-have experience includes forecast monitoring, anomaly detection, or scenario / what‑if analysis.
