Job summary

Grit Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Owner - Data & AI (Pharma Manufacturing) to lead the data and AI product roadmap for two squads within a global pharma context. You will balance shifting business demands with firm prioritisation and work closely with engineering and data teams in a GxP-regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years in data/AI product management with pharma or regulated manufacturing exposure, plus hands-on knowledge of Databricks, cloud data warehousing, dbt and BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in end-to-end data/AI product management with roadmap accountability.
• Pharma or regulated manufacturing experience (GxP/GMP) is required.
• Experience in global or multi-country organisations.
• Ability to discuss data/AI solutions with engineering teams.
• Ownership beyond single-application backlog and prioritisation agility.
• Assertive with senior stakeholders and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel monthly.

Responsibilities

• Own data and AI product roadmap and backlog for two squads.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Define acceptance criteria and done criteria for releases.
• Prioritise amidst shifting plans and competing business demands.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and drive alignment on priorities.
