Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Data Engineer to advance our Databricks-based lakehouse, driving AI orchestration and large-scale data transformation for EMEA & APAC. You will architect data models, build scalable pipelines, and own production reliability across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• You see the bigger picture and design for scale.
• Diagnose and resolve pipeline failures under pressure with systematic analysis.
• Design cross functional data products and enforce data contracts.
• Proficient in SQL (window functions, MERGE/UPSERT).
• Proficient in Python and PySpark, handling JSON/CSV/Parquet.

Responsibilities

• Shift the team from code writing to AI orchestration and CI/CD.
• Maintain and improve our Databricks-based framework.
• Design data models bringing diverse sources into a unified shape.
• Build data solutions across domains (MDM, geocoding, client mastering, profiling).
• Design and implement stable, automated ingestion pipelines.
