VML is seeking a Senior CRM Technical Developer to join the CRM & Loyalty team, focusing on the development and maintenance of CRM platforms built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for an enterprise client in the beverage/FMCG sector. The role combines technical development with direct client support in a continuous delivery environment with tight deadlines.

The candidate will develop and maintain CRM platforms using HTML and CSS, build technical CRM campaigns, and collaborate with content and marketing

Qualificações

• Solid experience in HTML and CSS for CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with enterprise clients in agency or client-side settings.
• Able to work autonomously with tight deadlines.
• Fluent English in international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CRM platforms using HTML/CSS integrated with Dynamics 365.
• Build and implement technical CRM campaigns (email, automation).
• Provide direct technical client support & incident resolution.
• Develop and optimize content in Dynamics 365 (content blocks, templates).
• Collaborate with content and marketing automation teams.
• Identify technical improvements to expand client service scope.
