VML is seeking a Senior CRM Technical Developer to join our CRM & Loyalty team, focusing on the development and maintenance of CRM platforms built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for an enterprise client in the beverage/FMCG sector. The role combines technical development with direct client support in a continuous delivery environment with tight deadlines.

Qualificações

HTML and CSS experience for CRM/email marketing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is mandatory
Experience with enterprise clients in agency or client-side environments
Autonomy and strong priority-management under tight deadlines
Fluent English in an international environment

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain CRM platforms using HTML and CSS, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Build and implement technical CRM campaigns (email, automation)
Provide direct technical client support, including incident resolution and ad-hoc optimizations
Develop and optimize content in D365 (content blocks, templates)
Collaborate with content and marketing automation teams
Identify technical improvement opportunities to expand client service scope
