team.it is seeking a Senior Risk Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in Data Science, predictive modeling and advanced analytics. The role focuses on developing, calibrating, and validating Credit Risk Models including Credit Scoring, Behavioral Scoring and Rating Models.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python and ML skills with a broad ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, Statsmodels, XGBoost, LightGBM) and solid SQL knowledge to work with large datasets and support risk

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Predictive Modeling or advanced analytical environments.
• Proven experience developing, calibrating and validating Credit Risk Models (Credit Scoring, Behavioral Scoring, Rating Models).
• Strong expertise in Python and ML ecosystems; proficient with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, Statsmodels, XGBoost, LightGBM.
