HumanIT Digital Consulting in Porto is seeking a Senior Risk Data Scientist to own credit risk models and deliver robust Python-based solutions for the financial services sector.

You will develop, train, calibrate and validate statistical and machine learning models for credit risk, including origination scoring and behavioural portfolio models. Strong Python and SQL skills, plus experience with Pandas and Scikit-learn, are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of practical experience in Data Science or Predictive Modelling.
• Experience with credit risk, scoring or rating models.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, process and analyse large datasets to identify risk patterns and interpret predictive model results.
• Write scalable, modular Python code across the model lifecycle from data cleaning to productionisation.
• Test and implement libraries and algorithms that improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Explain technical assumptions and algorithm behaviour clearly, with delivery ownership.
