DAPIN is seeking a Contracts Engineer in Portugal to manage contract activities for engineering projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. The role demands hands-on experience with EP/EPC contracts, lump-sum proposals, and effective negotiation with suppliers and clients to secure win-win outcomes.

The successful candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, navigate changes and claims, and ensure contractual compliance across project documentation and purchasing.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management for engineering projects within the petrochemical, oil, and gas industry.
• Experience in EP or EPC projects.
• Experience with lump-sum project proposals.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers or clients to reach win-win agreements.
• Proactive ability to work under pressure with limited resources and time.
• Ability to work independently, focused on achieving objectives.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to solve project issues.

Responsabilidades

• Review documentation and communications to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support the defense against claims from vendors and subcontractors related to the project.
• Manage project scope changes and claims.
• Ensure the main contract requirements are communicated to project personnel and incorporated into purchase orders and subcontracts.
