Job summary

Technoedif Engenharia SA in Porto, Portugal, seeks motivated Process Engineers to support the Process Department under the supervision of a Senior Engineer. You will produce Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Control Narratives, Equipment Lists, Data-sheets and Operating Manuals.

Candidates should hold a degree in Chemical Engineering (MS or equivalent) and show interest in on-the-job training for process engineering software including Aspen Hysys, PROII, FlareNet and EDR, with a proactive approach to safety

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Chemical Engineering (MS or equivalent).
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training in process engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Process Department under supervision of a Senior Engineer.

• Attend safety meetings (e.g., HAZOP).

Functions:

• Work in the Process Department with the supervision of a Senior Engineer;
• Issue of all related engineering documents: Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Control Narratives, Equipment List, Data-sheets, Operating Manuals;
• Attendance to safety meetings (ex. HAZOP);
• Assistance to the Technology Group Manager

Candidate profile:

• A degree in Chemical Engineering (MS or equivalent);
• Useful knowledge / motivation for "on the job training" of process engineering software such as: Aspen Hysys, PROII, FlareNet, EDR.
