NordicEPOD, part of CTS Group, seeks a Sales Engineer in Portugal to bridge customers and engineering teams, translating power needs into EPOD configurations and owning the technical side of the sales cycle from enquiry to handover.

You will qualify opportunities, configure solutions with engineering, develop proposals, and lead tender responses while protecting margins. Build relationships with data centers and EPCs; local role near Porto with English fluency preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong electrical competence.
• 5+ years in technical sales, sales engineering or applications engineering in power/electrical domains.
• Track record of owning technical proposals and contributing to won orders.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify opportunities and translate customer power requirements into EPOD configurations.
• Configure EPOD solutions with engineering teams and prepare conceptual/diagrams.
• Lead tender responses, prepare quotations, and manage commercial clarifications through to order.
• Own sales pipeline, forecast in CRM, and maintain accurate opportunity data.
• Handover won orders to Project Management and Production with clear scope.
