Bosch is seeking a Senior Compliance Investigator in Lisbon to lead the internal investigations function and ensure global standards compliance. You will supervise investigations, coordinate cross-border cases, and drive remediation with diverse business units.

The role requires extensive experience in criminal law or compliance, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Business English. German language is an advantage in a multinational setting, with hybrid work in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in criminal law or compliance.
• Experience in global company, law firm, audit firm, enforcement authority, or judiciary.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; able to interpret complex cases.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Compliance investigation department based in Lisbon.
• Collaborate with global Center of Competence for case management and investigations.
• Coordinate, handle, and conclude compliance cases in Germany and major global matters.
• Supervise and perform quality reviews of investigations by Compliance Investigators.
• Propose remediation measures with affected business units worldwide.
• Develop and improve standards and methodologies for case management.
