This role involves assisting in compliance activities, risk assessment, and documentation preparation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualificações

  • Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus.
  • English: fluent in both written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the execution and monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing potential compliance risks.
  • Draft reports and compile documentation according to Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021.

Job Description
  • Support the execution and monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities, ensuring alignment with Bosch global standards.
  • Assist in the identification and assessment of potential compliance risks.
  • Support the drafting of reports and compilation of documentation in accordance with Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021.
  • Assist in end-to-end compliance investigations, including data collection, preliminary evidence reviews, and documentation organization.
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
  • Support the preparation and update of compliance training materials.
  • Assist business units with the practical application of internal policies.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
    • Certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus.
  • Experience
    • Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus.
    • Experience in similar roles will be valued.
  • Know how
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Good report writing and documentation skills.
  • Languages
    • English: fluent (written and spoken).
    • Portuguese: fluent (preferred).

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Highly organized and methodical.
    • Strong adherence to processes and standards.
