Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Commercial Transactional Lawyer to provide strategic legal support for complex commercial operations in an international, fully remote setting. You will draft, review, and negotiate supplier, service, licensing and distribution agreements while guiding business stakeholders on regulatory and risk matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on diverse commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier, service, licensing, distribution, partnership, NDA and joint-venture agreements.
• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks, obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agreements with business objectives.
• Support corporate transactions including due diligence and documentation.
• Analyze business decisions from a legal perspective and offer practical solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial legislation and contract law developments.
