GulfDesign UAE seeks a Senior Commercial Architect for its Funchal office to oversee design and construction of commercial buildings. You will provide creative, innovative solutions aligned with client business goals and lead projects from concept to completion.

You will mentor junior architects, ensure compliance with building codes, and manage budgets and timelines while collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design process from concept to completion with high-quality, timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, develop project briefs and present proposals within budget.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring tasks stay on track.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation.
• Mentor junior architects and share design concepts and technical best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes for integration into designs.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits for construction projects.
