Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Commercial Analytics professional to drive predictive modeling and territory analytics in a fast-paced environment. You will develop models for sales performance, target segmentation, and market opportunity sizing, while building auditable data pipelines.

The role requires 4–7+ years in analytics, strong Python/R and SQL, and expertise in Power BI. You will collaborate with sales leadership and IT to deliver governance, dashboards, and actionable insights.

Qualificações

• 4–7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or data science.
• Proven experience applying predictive modeling to commercial problems.
• Strong programming in Python or R and advanced SQL.
• Excellent Power BI skills and data governance familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, validate predictive models for sales and market sizing.
• Develop territory alignment, call plan optimization, and segmentation models.
• Write production-grade pipelines in Python/R and SQL.
• Own dashboards and reporting for field and leadership visibility (Power BI).
• Analyze CRM, activity, market share, and sales data to surface trends.
• Support incentive compensation design and payout modeling.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and recommendations.
• Present findings to sales leadership and executives in decision-ready format.
• Track model performance post-launch and improve as data evolve.
