AstraZeneca is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Manager within GBS to drive global reporting and analytics for commercial operations. You will partner with commercial insight, IT and senior leaders to define metrics, shape data products, and deploy scalable dashboards that support faster, evidence-based decision-making.

Qualificações

• At least three years' analytical experience, including the application of advanced analytics techniques.
• Basic experience with SQL and Python, and experience building, deploying and embedding capabilities within an organisation.
• At least two years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a track record of influencing decisions relating to product success.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ingestion and management of patient performance data for global reporting, ensuring data quality and scalable pipelines.
• Co-create and evolve commercial data products focused on brand and patient performance.
• Help lead the build and deployment of a unified Data & Analytics Platform enabling faster insights across markets.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Design and deliver performance-management reports that move from insight to action for commercial leaders.
