adidas Porto is seeking a Senior Specialist Reporting Analytics to develop and deliver Power BI reports, analyze data, and support self-service analytics. You will work with global Supply Chain analytics teams to provide reliable reporting solutions and address stakeholder needs.

You will collaborate with Global Supply Planning, Global Sourcing, Global Tech, and Market SCM, contributing to data quality and performance across operations. A four-year degree and 2+ years in analytics are required.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or Information Systems.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related role.
• Hands-on Power BI report/dashboard development including DAX.
• SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Databricks or similar platforms.
• Understanding of supply chain planning processes and ERP systems (SAP or SAP IBP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using existing data products and SQL against Databricks.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into reporting solutions with guidance as needed.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reporting/data issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate reporting requests and track progress with senior team members.
• Support Power Users and business users on reports and promote self-service analytics.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of reporting solutions, data quality, and development standards.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) including test execution and issue documentation.
