IQVIA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-enabled COA selection and the COA Accelerator capabilities. You will own the product vision, translate strategies into practical workflows, and collaborate with COA scientists, HEOR experts, and AI/ML engineers across global teams.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in life sciences, AI products, and remote/hybrid delivery, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Translate complex workflows into product requirements, user journeys and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with scientists, leaders, commercial teams and clients.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, retrieval-augmented generation, or clinical decision-support tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and lifecycle management for AI-enabled COA selection and COA Accelerator capabilities.
• Translate strategic concepts into practical product capabilities, user journeys, workflows, release milestones and measurable success criteria.
• Define the product’s target users, use cases, workflows, outputs, quality standards, adoption needs and value proposition.
• Partner with AI engineers and COA experts to define quality criteria for AI-generated outputs and establish escalation triggers.
