Job summary

Claranet Limited in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our internal Cloud team. You will design, implement and maintain IaaS and PaaS services across AWS and Azure, build CI/CD pipelines and use IaC tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on cloud engineering experience, certification, and strong English. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on security, reliability and cost optimization, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on public cloud engineering or support.
• Experience with at least one: AWS or Azure.
• IaC experience using Terraform or similar tools.
• One professional cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IaaS and PaaS in multi-cloud environments.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform).
• Automate operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide support, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure and AWS environments.
• Monitor, log, alert, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Apply cloud security best practices and IAM concepts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
