Decskill is seeking a Senior Developer to join our team in Lisbon, focusing on Cloud Engineer responsibilities for automation, orchestration, and platform self-service.

You will drive the Iberian convergence to a single platform, maintain IDP across cloud and on-prem environments, and empower teams with CI/CD and IaC expertise.

Formación

• Proficient with Github, MongoDB, Confluent Kafka, IDP, Terraform, ArgoCD, Redis, ELK, Loki, Grafana and related DevOps tools.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Construct and maintain identity platforms and self-service capabilities.
• Converge Iberian platforms to a unified automation and development stack (AWS + GitOps).
• Maintain and upgrade IDP across hyperscaler and on-prem formats.
• Support CI/CD framework adoption and template development across teams.
• Train development teams in Cloud, IaC and DevOps practices.

We are looking for an Senior Developer!

Mission: Cloud Engineer for solutions involving the creation, management, automation, and orchestration of different in‑house and external platforms:

Responsibilities:

• Construction of IDP as a product (Self Service);
• Iberian convergence to a single automation and development platform (AWS + GitOps);
• Iberian convergence to a single observability platform (ELK + Prometheus + Alert Manager + Grafana + Loki + Jaeger);
• Maintenance and upgrade of IDP in hyperscaler and on‑prem formats;
• Maintenance and upgrade of IDP in hyperscaler and on‑prem formats;
• Maintenance and evolution of the platforms mentioned in clause 1;
• Intra- and extra‑team support in the application of the CI/CD framework;
• Intra- and extra‑team support in the implementation of pipeline templates;
• Intra- and extra‑team support in extending the pipeline template framework;
• Support in training development teams in the areas of Cloud, IaC, and DevOps;
• Creation and implementation of artificial intelligence mechanisms for self‑service and platform orchestration (Agentic / Personas / Automation Workflows /Self Service).
