You will take ownership of trial deliverables in a sponsor-dedicated model, working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience in a clinical trial support role and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and data management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for clinical trials, including documentation, meetings, and trial records.
• Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory documents and ensure protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial operations and address issues.
• Monitor trial progress and site communications; ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Build relationships with site staff and stakeholders to enable smooth trial operations.
