CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead global trials from start-up to analysis. The role requires oversight of cross-functional teams, adherence to ICH/GCP, and effective budget management.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years in clinical research or related project management, and fluency in English. CTI offers hybrid work opportunities and a strong focus on professional development.

Qualificações

• At least 6 years of clinical research experience or transferable project management skills in a clinical setting.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and complete full execution of assigned clinical trials.
• Provide leadership and oversight to foster motivation within the team to accomplish goals within defined timelines and quality.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP, and applicable regulatory guidelines and trial procedures.
• Manage full-scope clinical trial projects including global trials from start-up through analysis and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities and budgets to meet milestones and scope.
• Review and approve site monitoring, vendor interactions, and trial documentation to ensure timely reporting.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in English

Formação académica

Bachelors degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy or health science
