Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager in Lisbon to lead operational execution of studies and programs, collaborate on integrated study plans, and act as the main liaison with customers. You will monitor progress, report proactively to stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires a decade in clinical research with six years in project management, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills. Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations is essential.

Qualificações

• Requires 10 years clinical research experience including 6 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements including ICH GCP and local laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Planning, time management and prioritization skills
• Good software and computer skills, including MS Office applications

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support the operational elements and execution of studies and/or programs
• Develop and/or support on the preparation of integrated study management plans in collaboration with the core project team
• Serve as primary project oversight and/or contact with customers
• Monitor progress against contract and prepare/present project information proactively to all stakeholders
• Coach and/or mentor junior team members
• Achieve project quality by identifying and proactively managing quality risks and issues
