Qualifications

• Requires >5 years clinical research experience including ≥4 years in project management.
• Knowledge of clinical trials conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP) and local laws.
• Strong written and verbal English with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense preparations.
• Lead bid defense presentations with Business Development.
• Define project strategy and operationalize approach.
• Develop integrated study management plans.
• Ensure delivery per contract with focus on speed, quality and cost.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and lead issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members.
