You will lead cross-functional teams, manage sponsor communications, and mentor junior managers while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in life science or health care related discipline.
• 5 years related experience as project manager in connected devices.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good ability to prioritize, schedule and organize.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Aufgaben

• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver projects per Scope of Work.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for communication and reporting.
• Drive resource planning and ensure adequate project resourcing.
• Lead cross-functional Connected Devices teams for delivery.
• Track progress, assess risks, and apply corrective actions.
• Manage project financials, revenue recognition, and change orders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SOPs.
• Present project information at meetings.
• Conduct End of Project review to close activities.
• Keep leadership informed of issues affecting quality, budget, or timeliness.
• Train and mentor new or junior project managers.
• Provide input on performance for career development.
