Job summary

NSPA in Portugal seeks a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to lead construction supervision and project controls on multinational infrastructure projects. A strong background in civil engineering and 10+ years of experience are required.

You will coordinate with owners, clients, and authorities, and manage multi‑discipline contracts across architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical domains to ensure compliance with national regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in construction and supervision (10+ years).
• Experience managing contracts involving multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and supervision activities.
• Manage contracts across disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, CIS).
• Coordinate project controls: Cost, Scope, Schedule.
• Communicate between project owner, customer and national authorities.
