Decskill, a growing IT consulting firm with over 10 years in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our trading platforms initiative. You will bridge Front Office, Quants, Product Owners and IT teams in an Agile environment to translate business and technical needs into actionable specifications.

In this role you will gather requirements, structure complex financial products, and work across international teams to deliver long-term value.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, Structured Products and Derivatives.
• Experience with structured notes, certificates, warrants, autocallables and barrier structures.
• Knowledge of options, swaps, futures and forwards.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with JSON, XML and REST APIs.
• Python/R and Sophis are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and structure business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex financial products and derivatives into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Quants, Product Owners and IT teams.
• Work in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
