Job summary

Expleo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and guide delivery across major projects from a Lisbon-based setup. You will map business processes, gather requirements, run workshops, and ensure solutions meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.

With 5–7 years in business analysis, you will partner with clients and stakeholders across locations, using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce clear documentation and plans. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Desirable management qualification or relevant years of experience.
• Additional course or certification in Business Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior project phases and manage multiple projects of moderate to high scope.
• Map full business processes and implement solutions for improvements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and produce detailed BRD.
• Run workshops to elicit detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure complete requirement coverage by supporting and guiding team contributions.
• Apply standards and methodologies and provide expertise on methods and tools.
• Conduct needs analysis, data analysis and modelling with relational databases.
• Identify and assess risks to project success.
• Agree on project approach with stakeholders and prepare realistic plans.
• Track activities against the schedule and manage stakeholder involvement.
• Support training and build competency within the practice.
