Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in senior-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and application technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be a Senior member on multiple phases of technical areas within a project.
• Map full business processes and implement improvements.
• Gather requirements and produce detailed specification documents.
• Run workshops to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure complete requirement coverage and guide team contributions.
• Apply standards and provide expertise on methods and tools.
• Conduct needs analysis, data modelling and basic database design.
• Identify and assess risks and prepare realistic project plans.
• Track activities against schedule and manage stakeholder involvement.
• Support training and build competency within the practice.
