Job Description

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for Securities Finance Application, responsible for requirements gathering, User Story production, and functional testing.

Main Tasks

1. Write comprehensive functional specifications to guide development and ensure alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
2. Drive testing efforts by collaborating closely with the development team to execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements, maintaining high quality and reliability.
3. Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Calypso (practice)
• Knowledge of financial markets and basic instruments; specific knowledge of securities finance is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions.

Language Skills

• Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and end-users.
