Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Storage & Backup Administrator to join our Infrastructure team in Portugal. You will manage storage platforms (SAN/NAS), oversee backup solutions, and contribute to disaster recovery efforts to ensure data availability and resilience.

You'll collaborate with Systems, Cloud, Network and Security teams, maintaining documentation and driving continuous improvements in availability and performance. Hybrid work option available.

Qualificações

• Experience administering storage and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of SAN and NAS infrastructures.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault/NetBackup).
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Basic virtualization knowledge (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Technical English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and monitor storage platforms (SAN/NAS).
• Manage backup and data recovery solutions.
• Ensure execution and monitoring of backup processes.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Analyze incidents related to storage and data protection.
• Support migration, expansion, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with Systems, Cloud, Network and Security teams.
• Create and update technical documentation and procedures.
