You will shape technical strategy, own cloud infrastructure, scale services, and mentor squads while collaborating with cross-functional teams; the role offers significant impact and growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in backend and infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and cloud platforms.
• Experience scaling distributed systems and services.
• English fluency; French a plus.
• Ability to work remotely from Portugal with legal right to work.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive a technology strategy aligned with product priorities.
• Ensure service reliability, observability, and incident management.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead CI/CD improvements, code reviews, and engineering processes.
