WE ARE META in Portugal is seeking a Backend Engineer (Node.js) to join a remote-friendly project based in Portugal. You will design and implement scalable backend services and APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to robust architectures.

You’ll work with SQL and NoSQL data stores, cloud platforms, and modern tooling, including Git, REST and GraphQL, while applying testing and code quality practices.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Node.js backend development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Familiar with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with testing and code quality tools.
• Know-how of agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain asynchronous, event-driven backend services.
