We’re hiring Senior Backend Engineers with expertise in TypeScript, Python, or C#, capable of designing APIs, working cross-functionally with product and frontend teams, and delivering reliable software in a fast-paced, remote environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong system-design instincts including data modelling and event-driven thinking.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL; familiarity with NoSQL such as MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production backend services end-to-end in TypeScript, Python, or C#, from implementation to deployment.
• Design, build, and version REST or GraphQL APIs serving as contracts between frontend and backend.
• Make architectural decisions around data modelling, service boundaries and component design.
• Model and query data across relational and NoSQL stores, choosing appropriate databases.
• Write clean, well-tested code and implement observability to debug live systems.
