Job summary

Tabby is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to scale the systems behind our flagship payments platform. You will join a world-class remote engineering team spread across 20+ countries and work on high-impact projects that directly influence how customers shop, earn, and save.

The role requires 7+ years in backend engineering with 2+ years in Golang, plus experience building scalable distributed systems and working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP, and GitLab.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years with Golang.
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures.
• Solid understanding of backend tools: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP, GitLab, microservices.

Responsibilities

• Scale Tabby’s core product systems as part of a world-class remote team across 20+ countries.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services with clean, testable code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and contribute to product development.
