MEDvidi is seeking a Senior Backend (NodeJS) Engineer to lead AI-powered automation within our telemedicine platform, focusing on scalable backend systems and AI-driven integrations that connect our core product with AI services.

You will design production-grade architectures, implement multi-agent workflows, and optimize RAG pipelines while collaborating with AI engineers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong backend design and production LLM experience are essential.

Competenze

8+ years of commercial backend development with Node.js.
Experience designing scalable backend architectures and trade-offs.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems.
Experience designing multi-agent AI workflows in production.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and AWS services.
Strong observability, debugging, and reliability practices.
Fluent Russian; English B2+.
Experience with MCP in Node.js would be a plus.

Mansioni

Design and build backend architecture for AI-powered automation systems with a focus on performance and scalability.
Integrate and scale LLM-based product features with AI engineers and product teams.
Implement agent-based systems (e.g., ReAct, supervisor-agent models) for complex decision flows.
Optimize RAG pipelines and context enrichment using structured and unstructured data.
Develop robust APIs for internal services and external integrations.
Ensure observability and alerting with Grafana and OpenSearch.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and maintain documentation.
