Job summary

MEDvidi is seeking a Senior Backend (NodeJS) Engineer to lead AI-powered automation within our telemedicine platform, focusing on scalable backend systems and AI-driven integrations that connect our core product with AI services.

You will design production-grade architectures, implement multi-agent workflows, and optimize RAG pipelines while collaborating with AI engineers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong backend design and production LLM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial backend development with Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems.
• Experience designing multi-agent AI workflows in production.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and AWS services.
• Strong observability, debugging, and reliability practices.
• Fluent Russian; English B2+.
• Experience with MCP in Node.js would be a plus.

You will design and scale the backend systems that connect our core product with AI services, directly improving how thousands of patients and providers interact with MEDvidi every day.You'll work at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI, building production-grade systems that automate clinical and operational workflows.
