Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience as Architecture Manager or similar

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of architects, engineers and designers to deliver projects within budget and on schedule
• Oversee planning, design and construction phases from conception to completion
• Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules and contracts
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Review designs for accuracy, functionality and building codes
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and provide innovative solutions
• Manage project resources including personnel allocation, materials procurement and equipment rentals
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff members
