AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks an ELMAC BAI Manager to lead Commercial Insights and Forecasting for oncology brands across Europe, Canada, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. You will oversee market research, forecasting, and performance tracking while collaborating with Global Brand and Forecasting teams.

Qualificações

• Pharmaceutical market analysis and business planning experience.
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business questions to research plans and synthesize data.
• Experience with KPI development and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee market research, analytics, short- and long-term forecasts, and brand performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Global & Affiliates Marketing, Value & Access, Medical and Forecasting teams.
• Develop/maintain regional forecasting models and support affiliates in using them.
• Translate market research insights into practical recommendations for decision making.
• Explore and implement new innovative tools including AI/ML.
